Why I Built This

From A Guy
Going Through It.

I'm Josh. I own a gym, I coach regular people, and I spent years in the military before any of that. Discipline and structure aren't just words to me. They're how I live.

My wife is pregnant right now. And when I found out we were expecting, something hit me: most men are not ready for this. Not physically. Not mentally. Not even close.
